(Frequently Asked Questions)
- Does it hurt?
- No! The only slightly uncomfortable part of the UB4U experience is a pin prick blood draw and injection to administer your RecallSerum™. Most find it’s far less invasive than a yearly physical.
- Is my participation in UB4U confidential?
- Yes. As with any medical procedure, your records at UB4U are completely confidential unless you elect to share them with other medical professionals or family members. An audio recording of your past life regression will be stored under a confidential patient code, so that only your treating therapist will connect its contents to you.
- If the psychological assessment shows that I’m not a good candidate for UB4U, do I get my money back?
- Yes, minus a $99 convenience fee.
- Can my spouse watch my regression session?
- Yes! Several RecallSuites have adjoining observation rooms if you’d like someone to watch your session. Note that a parent or guardian must be present in an adjoining observation room during any regressions with minors.
- ¿Hablas español?
- ¡Si! And French, and Italian, and Korean and even Swahili! Our patented Synchronous Translation Software™ (STS) allows our staff and therapists to understand and communicate in any language almost simultaneously. If your previous incarnation speaks a foreign language, the same software allows our therapists to continue the conversation–and your session–without interruption.
- Can I use my insurance?
- Not yet, but we’re working on it!
- What if the process shows that I don’t have any previous lives? Is there such a thing as a “First Lifer”?
- On rare instances, for whatever reason, the UB4U process doesn’t work for some individuals. In these instances we’ll issue a full refund.
